The service and drink preparation at this location are very inconsistent. I regularly order my drink with the brown sugar syrup on the side instead of mixed into the drink because I like to control the sweetness myself. I’ve been able to order it this way many times without any issues. However, today a staff member named Hibbah told me they are not allowed to serve the syrup on the side. If that’s truly the policy, why has it been allowed so many times before? To make matters worse, I specifically requested only one pump of brown sugar syrup because the drink is often made too sweet. The drink I received tasted more like it had three pumps. I also requested no whipped cream on my other order but it was still added. The inconsistency doesn’t stop there. I’ve experienced the same issue with the Dragon fruit drink. I was told that a venti size should come with two scoops of the dried dragon fruit, yet many times the drink is served looking very pale. I often have to ask for more dragon fruit, and each employee gives a different explanation. Some tell me that’s the standard amount, while others simply add more without hesitation. Like other reviews have said, do yourself a favor and don’t order through the app. This isn’t a Starbucks issue, it’s an issue with this location. I ordered ahead through the app to make things easier for both me and the staff. After waiting about five minutes in the drive-thru line, I got to the window only to be told to circle back around and wait in line all over again. The staff didn’t seem interested in finding a solution and instead prioritized new drive-thru and in-store orders over customers who had already ordered and paid through the app. I asked what to do in the future to prevent this and got a blank stare. Ordering ahead should save time, not double your wait.

They really like their online orders there I walk in I’m the only person in line put in an order they make 35 drinks I counted that were online orders before even attempting to make mine. I’m the only person in the store waiting. I guess I’m the crazy one for thinking being in person means anything.

One of the politest Starbucks I’ve been to. The barista who made my iced brown sugar shaken espresso needs a raise!

We were so impressed and happy with our recent Starbuck’s visit. What a friendly staff! They were thorough and quick as I was in a rush as usual. We will happily go there again and often!
